cuban cigars, cigar accessories

Even though they're illegal under the terms of the Cuban Trade Embargo, cuban cigars are still highly prized by American cigar aficionados, who shell out big bucks for premium Cuban cigars and all the high-end cigar accessories that go with them, like cigar humidors, cigar cutters and the like. But what I want to know is, how long will the ridiculous embargo against Cuba continue? We're electing a new president in November who will take office in January of '08, so I'm hoping that if it's Obama, and it's looking increasingly likely that it will be him, that he'll have the sense to end the punitive trade policies toward Cuba and use common sense and positive engagement to make the communist state just off our shores an ally instead of some kind of demonized perpetual adversary. And I'm not just saying that because I crave those excellent Cuban cigars. I think all Cuban products should be legal, Cuban cigars, Cuban rum, and anything else people feel like buying from that little, poverty-stricken island. After all, China is the biggest Communist state there is, and there's no embargo against the Chinese.
