cuban cigars

Despite the ban on Cuban cigars in the U.S., part of an overall trade ban on any Cuban products, these highly sought-after stogies are often smuggled into the U.S. and sold for premium prices. However, those law-breaking fans of illicit Cubans may not be getting exactly what they pay for when they shell out forty dollars and up for that contraband cigar that's allegedly been smuggled in from Cuba. According to the Cigar Association of America, an estimated one-quarter to one-third of Cigars advertised and sold on the black market, are fakes. That's right, these bogus Cuban cigars are phonies wrapped in Cuban cigar bands to fool the unsuspecting cigar aficionado.
